Shipping and Returns

At SuperOnCloud, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's what you can expect:

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (Free for orders over $50)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (Flat rate of $7.99)
  • International Shipping: Varies by location (Costs calculated at checkout)

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unexpected delays with shipping carriers. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs during international shipments.

Order Issues:
If you experience any issues with your order, such as missing items or damaged products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package so we can resolve it promptly.


Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SuperOnCloud headset. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process:

Returns:
You can return your SuperOnCloud headset within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Simply contact our customer service team at [email@superoncloud.com] to initiate a return. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.

Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange your headset for a different model or size, please reach out within 30 days of your purchase. Once we receive your return, we’ll send out your new headset free of charge.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received. Please note, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products unless defective. For hygiene reasons, we also cannot accept returns on ear cushions or other accessories unless they are still sealed and in new condition.
